Deutz generator sets

we can provide Deutz series gensets from 30KVA to 150KVA, Steyr series of 188KVA, and Caterpillar series of 225KVA and 250KVA, above engines are made in China (joint venture company).

I. Characteristic & specification of Diesel generating sets
The Generating sets use original brand new Weichai-Deutz engine
and Stamford (Wuxi) alternator (3phrase 4-wires).
The quality has reached and even exceeded the latest
regulation of GB/T2820-97.

※Basic assembly system

1.Self-Taking dry type Air filter/Lubrication oil filter/Fuel oil filter
2.Radiator with fan(water cooling)
3.Use the diesel and Lubrication oil which are appointed by supplier and made in China or imported
4.H grade insulated Alternator，with AVR.
5.24V DC Startup motor，charging generator of storage battery, with a set of high-powered storage battery，connect by cable /tie-in with the Gen set.
6.The Gen set assembly is mounted on standard steel base frame，fixed by bolt. There are screws on the steel frame. Bolt and Heavy duty shock pads are supplied with each set for installation.

All technical guideline of Generating sets are according with the National standard of ISO3046, ISO8528, IEC34, BS800, BS2613, BS4999, BS5000, BS5514, VDE0530, VDE0875, DIN6271, DIN6280 GB/T2820-97, GB755-81, GB1105-87and SAEJB49.

Structure of Gen set：
The Gen set have an integrative structure.
The engine & Alternator ?Block with fan radiator are mounted
on a standard welded channel base frame which is made of
high strength steel, add damping device at the base of engine and
alternator. The cooling fan and battery charge machine are protected
by canopy.
